Aira Mink Eyelashes: part two

June 5, 2008

My Aira Mink eyelashes arrived promptly. The case is very nice, well crafted making it a breeze to store these babies without damage, specially if you travel. Remember you just spent $100.00 you MUST be careful.

Because of their fluttery appearance they look indeed super natural.
The box comes with instructions and a tiny tube a glue, which would probably be enough for many applications, you don’t need much.

I read the instructions carefully and there was no surprise there, it’s a basic eyelash application. Mind you, I can place eyelashes on other women with NO problem, and do it all the time. Now let me try it on my own eyes and it becomes such a challenge. I had glue everywhere, on my lashes, my eyelid and my cheeks, I kid you not.
I was making so much noise in the bathroom that my hubby peaked in and ask if everything was OK. LOL!
After 20 minutes my eyelashes were finally in place and looked great. I’m sure with more practice the task becomes easier.

I love how full but natural they look. They are deep black making mascara an unnecessary step. I did use at the base of the lashes a very fine line of black eyeliner and thought it completed the look beautifully.

I highly recommend the Aira Mink Eyelashes and will most likely carry them.
