Sephora Nice, France

Hello friends from Antibes, a charming town right on the French Riviera. The food is wonderful, the great weather beats Key West 95 degrees with 95% humidity, and aside the abysmal Euro/Dollar conversion greatly hampering my shopping ability, we’re having a blast.

There was a lot on my list I wanted to do and one of them was to go to Sephora in Nice. We made it there yesterday.

The lay out of the store is exactly the same as any Sephora in the states, no surprise there. What really shocked me though was the lack of make-up/products lines. First, I was expecting to be greeted by all kinds of goodies not seen in the US. I was ready to discover stuff totally different than what I’m used to see in, my home away from home, Sephora Miami… Well not so. Was I really in France the country known for their cosmetics?!
Second there was so many lines not present at all in store. Go smile, Anastatia, Duwop just to name a few, were nowhere to be found. I couldn’t believe it! It was BORING and I am HUGELY disappointed.

I ended up purchasing NARS, DEEP THROAT, but for 39 Euros ($61 ouch!), I wished I had found something a bit more exciting.
