Anastatia Helps With Jet Lag

Completely struck with jet lag, I was lying in bed tossing and turning unable to sleep.  Periodically looking at the clock, I swear time had froze on me, I finally had enough and got up… It was 3am. Afraid to wake Michael and the girls, I couldn’t finish unpacking.  No luck going to do some cardio either, the gym wouldn’t open until 6AM. AND I have no emails since midnight.

Glancing around wondering, what now? I see some unopened packages, sitting on the kitchen counter.
