MAC Lustre Twins Pro Longwear
Hoping to find the perfect long-lasting lipcolor for all my beautiful brides, I’ve pretty much tried all the long lasting lip stuff on the market. Not to avail friends! I can’t say it loud enough: I DESPISE LONG WEAR LIPSTICK/GLOSS. My biggest gripe? The peely effect you get after a few hours. NASTY!
Until the other day that is… I was speaking to a MAC South Florida educator and I just couldn’t stop starring at her sheer lightly shimmery pink lips, they were gorgeous. She gave me the lowdown and basically convinced me to try MAC Lustre Twins Pro Longwear.
I ended up purchasing 4 different colors. To my utter joy there is no rocket science involved, it’s a 2 step process. First apply a light coat of the lip color. Wait until it dries completely, if there is just a slight hint of wetness before applying the gloss it won’t work. Then flip the stick and follow with the glossy top coat. I am pleased to report that after several hours of talking, eating, kissing my girls, Mac Longwear didn’t transfer, smudge, or feather AND no peeling whatsoever. Yay!! The glossy topcoat needs to be reapplied periodically but it’s so easy I didn’t mind at all and, to my surprise, even though the gloss is also long lasting, it never felt goopy but very comfortable and moisturizing to wear.
I recommend this product to everyone especially to all my brides, bridesmaids, Mother of the brides who won’t have time to fuss or frequently touch up their lips. Mac Pro Longwear Lustre offers numerous beautiful shades to suit everyone’s personality and occasions.
Overall I am very impressed with the staying power and quality. This product will definitely make a repeat customer out of me.
