Halloween Fantasy Make-up

For me Halloween is all being cute and sexy, none of that scary stuff. With my 2 super girlie girls, Jasmine and Serena, fantasy makeup becomes the top priority in our household.
I came across this video on You tube and I just love the lace trick. Thank you “makeupgeektv”.

I think this technique could easily turn the retro feel into a fairy or angel look and would be absolutely gorgeous with the addition of some colors, bright pigment and glitters.
