Gorgeous, no?  Obviously inspired after the icon Marylin, the look certainly isn’t new but timelessly elegant and worn beautifully.  I love the milky completion, the vivid red lips, the cat-like eyes and the strong brows.   SEXY SCARLETT!

The collection is scheduled to launch early next month.

For anyone who wonders how to pull off red lips, read on.

I believe Red lipstick can look good on anyone.  The most important thing is to find a shade that works with your skin tone and comfort level.  By determining your skin’s undertone you will be able to establish which shade of red looks most flattering.  red lipsticks can be “warm” (orange undertone), “cool” (blue undertone), or neutral which means a pure red.

If your skin appears pink, you look better in pure white than cream, and silver is more flattering for you than gold, choose a cool or neutral red lipstick. Conversely, if your skin has a yellowish tinge, cream is more flattering than white on you and gold makes you shine while silver makes you look pale, a warm or neutral red lipstick will work better.  MAC’s Russian Red is the perfect neutral.
