I haven’t felt the love for Ms. Kitty, and I’m starting to wonder if, once again, I’m the only one.

The way I picture Hello Kitty is fresh, cute and free spirited. This brings me to their marketing campaigns and their promotional events and make me want to scream: WHY, OH WHY, BLACK???? What happened to the cute pink and white little character with the round face? Ms. Kitty has turned into a strange disturbingly thin (specially the model on the first picture) goth oddity. Too bad.

Then I watched the video and it looks like Ms. Kitty is lost on acid.

I wish MAC success in their endeavor, but I truly wonder… What are they doing?
