Do You Wear Make-Up While Working Out?

I go to the gym, a spinning or a yoga studio almost everyday, and seeing women sweating profusely (I kid you not) while wearing full faces of make-up never cease to amaze me. Just for clarification, when I say a full face of make-up, I mean a going out type of look — The whole enchilada minus false eyelashes. Isn’t that super uncomfortable I wonder?
Natural for me but…
While I prefer going au naturel, unless I’m heading to the gym after work, I understand the need for some sort of facial cosmetics. Gyms have become quite the social places these days, who would ever want to bump into acquaintances or prince charming looking like THAT?
The dilemma thought is most people get hot and, sweaty, and not only wearing a lot of make-up is bad for your skin since it will clog your pores, but you may end up looking slightly weird when it runs down your face. Hello!
Go light
So while the definition of “light make-up” differs for everyone, a tinted moisturizer with SPF 20 such as Laura Mercier, a hint of blush, a tad of waterproof mascara and tinted lip balm would most likely be enough to look polished (cute) and go sweat without looking overdone.
