I don’t always shampoo and condition on the same day….sometimes I shampoo TWICE just to get all the styling gunk out (I know, I should use a clarifier!), and some days I just condition, so i can keep some of the good-gunk to achieve that dirty look without SMELLING dirty!
For a fresh start, I shampoo AND condition and towel-dry my hair, leave out the gunk, and let it style itself!

I do Shampoo and Condition daily … and then blow dry and style ..and my hair still only holds it shape for about an hour (if i’m lucky!) :)

I really only use conditioner every day…shampoo maybe once every other week. I’ve heard WONDERFUL things about these products, and would be thrilled to try them!

I use both shampoo and conditioner every day.
I wash my hair approximately 5 times a week during the winter, and always use shampoo and conditioner, because my hair is so fine it’s a rat’s nest if I dont do both, I know, I’ve experimented!
I use it daily.
I wash my hair every other day unless I am intentionally blowing it out or something. My hair just turns into FUZZ if i shampoo it too often. Sometimes I will actually use a clarifying shampoo before I use my regular shampoo (either a length & strength formula bc I am growing it out long or a an antifrizz/curl smoothing shampoo). I find it helps the target specific shampoos to work better if I have stripped my hair of whatever products and buildup have occured. I even have John using the clarifying shampoo now and he loves what it has done for his hair SO much that he will even go without product some days. As for Moroccan Oil cream that I use for my curls, OMG! I love it SO much that I keep a bottle at home, a travel bottle full of it in my makeup bag, and I bought a bottle when I was in NY and leave it at my mothers. I have actually had compliments from Brides and their girls on the smell of my hair from it.

Oh yes for sure!!! I alternate between the Moroccan Oil deep conditioning mask and L’oreal professionnel Conditioner, they are both great!
I used to shampoo and condition every day sometimes 2x a day until my fab stylist (and marie-pierre’s stylist!) Audra told me I should only shamp/cond 2x-3x a week….I still do more than that but I try not to every day so my hair stays healthy…
I do shampoo and follow-up with a conditioner every other day. My hair is dry and curly, so I’m always keeping an eye out for moisturizing hair care products.
I don’t shampoo daily because it dries my hair out. I have tried several different brands of shampoo but all do the same. I’d love to try this and see if I could shampoo daily again

hi MP – my mother just turned me onto the oil! omg!! i have very dry color treated curly hair (unruly) i think the shampoo/conditioner combo may be just what my hair needs in this tropical weather. where can i get this?
