Yummy Baking

I LOVE to bake.  And it really doesn’t matter what type of baking it is. Cookies, cakes, breads, bars, pies, anything really, that requires flour sugar and flour. I’m game. :smile:

Last night after work Serena and I got busy. I had a few bananas turning brown, the obvious came immediately to mind.  As I was searching for a killer banana bread recipe I came across a peanut butter version.  I tweaked it a little bit, (used honey instead of sugar, added some whole wheat flour and threw in there a cup of chocolate chips) and there it was 70m later looking glorious.  It made for a scrumptious breakfast. :biggrin:
