A wonderful, bubbly and sweet personality along with a natural beauty that shine right through her, Noelle was pure joy.  On the day of her wedding, I met  Noelle in her room at the Ocean Key Resort for hair and makeup.  The love surrounding Noelle as she was getting ready was so incredibly touching.  I loved every minute I spent with Noelle, her friends and family. :heart:
