Today features the third and final look for our 2013 Bridal Hair Trends photo shoot with Amanda, Jenny & Star from Grace Boutique, and Milan Events.

Here are Trend one and two in case you missed them.  I had so much fun during this project I can hardly wait for our next one!

Braids are everywhere and considered one of the most versatile elements in hairstyling. Brides are requesting them and so are bridal parties. Here’s a perfect look for a Bridesmaids or Maid of Honor.  A deliberately messy, braided chignon. Designed  for someone looking for a relaxed but chic feel to their wedding.

To achieve this look I started by curling the entire head.  Then I brushed out the curls, added some texturizing powder to the root and backcombed the top.  I created a messy fishtail braid that I incorporated into a messy chignon at the nape, pulling out piece to increase the relax feel.

As 2012 draws to a close, we’re forecasting the hottest trends in bridal hair for the coming year. Today, we bring you the second look in our Bridal Trends For 2013 series, soft waves. This look showcases wavy hair casually pulled up to the side. It’s been requested by so many of our upcoming brides during their hair trial preview, we just had to feature it.

This is the perfect look for the romantic bride who prefers to wear her hair mostly down. It works best when done on long, thick hair — the more hair the better. Clip-on hair extensions are always fun to use when you want to add volume and length.

You may have noticed a trend towards wedding gowns in various colors like pink, red, and even black on the runways in Europe and in celebrity weddings. The fabulous Vera Wang forecasts this look as a big trend for Spring 2013. I know, I know, this trend may not be for everyone, but for the untraditional bride, it might be the perfect choice. Star and Jenny from Grace Boutique chose a gorgeous pink vintage, beaded gown for our model Agnes, and we just love the sexiness of it all. It reminds us of the princess pink Giambattista Valli gown Jessica Biel recently wore to marry Justin Timberlake in Italy.

So… I’m dying to know… Would you wear a pink wedding gown?

#1 High bun 2013 Bridal hair trends

There’s something so classy and elegant about a high bun. Dressed up or dressed down buns a forever timeless and we’re obessed!

Ezzy Got married 2 weeks ago at the Westin Key West Resort & Marina. Amanda and I got everyone ready in Ezzy’s suite and had a lot of fun making sure all the ladies looked absolutely beautiful.

Ezzy had a picture of  the hairstyle she had in mind and said she wanted her makeup to be glam. A girl after my own

As you can see Ezzy’s features are pretty amazing! I was just in love with her gorgeous eyes.

Notice how perfectly the false eyelashes enhance her shape.

Thank you so much Ezzy for trusting us with your hair and makeup. We loved being a part of your day and will never forget you either!!!

One thing I tried to do everyday is go to bed and thank God for all the blessings in my life and wake up grateful ready to embrace another beautiful day!
